自行车前后轴档(止推轴承内座圈),是传动部件的关键件,它的耐磨性直接影响产品的寿命。轴档(如图1)系20铬钢制造,我们曾采用液体碳氮共渗工艺,取得较显著效果。但是,该工艺是使用纯氰化钠盐浴,它具有剧毒性,对操作、管理带来不便,为此我们进行气体碳氮共渗工艺试验,结果疲劳寿命提高3倍,超载使用寿命提高8倍,且操作简便,适于大量生产。
Bicycle front and rear axle gear (thrust bearing inner race), is the key components of transmission parts, its wear resistance directly affect the product’s life. However, this process uses a pure sodium cyanide bath, which is highly toxic and inconvenient in handling and management. For this reason, we conducted a gas carbonitriding process test, which resulted in a 3-fold increase in fatigue life and an increase in over-service life 8 times, and easy to operate, suitable for mass production.
