本文分析了职业学校教师绩效考核的现状,揭示存在的问题。借鉴绩效考核的先进理念,结合职业教育的特点,有针对性地提出了改进建议与对策。
This article analyzes the status quo of vocational school teachers’ performance appraisal and reveals the existing problems. Reference to the advanced concept of performance appraisal, combined with the characteristics of vocational education, put forward suggestions for improvement and countermeasures.
