研究了隔离剂的种类、隔离剂的用量、凝聚温度、凝聚剂、搅拌转速、熟化温度及时间对凝聚粉末化效果的影响,确定了SBR1712胶乳的凝聚粉末化工艺。结果表明,当脂肪酸类化合物(C、E)、硅化合物(D)三种隔离剂配合使用,用量为5.5份,凝聚温度在40~60℃,熟化温度在75~85℃之间,熟化时间15~30min,凝聚剂用量为15份,搅拌转速为400r/min时丁苯胶乳粉末化效果较好,98%的PSBR粒径<0.9mm。
The effects of different types of release agent, dosage of release agent, agglomeration temperature, coagulant, stirring speed, aging temperature and time on agglomeration and powdering were studied. The coagulation and powdering process of SBR1712 latex was determined. The results showed that when the three kinds of release agents of fatty acid compound (C, E) and silicon compound (D) were used together, the dosage was 5.5 parts, the condensation temperature was 40-60 ℃, the aging temperature was 75-85 ℃, the curing time 15 ~ 30min, the amount of coagulant is 15 parts, the stirring speed of 400r / min SBR better powdered, 98% of PSBR particle size <0.9mm.
