我国饲料工业是伴随着国家改革开放政策的实施而发展起来的。上世纪70年代末期随着农村联产承包责任制的推行,农村的养殖业开始逐步发展,饲料工业逐步萌芽;之后以正大集团为代表的外资饲料企业进入中国,对中国饲料工业的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。在高额利润的驱使下,不同的利益主体开始大规模开办饲料加工厂;各个加工企业之间的竞争进入白热化阶段。进入21世纪以来,在国际国内各种因素的影响下,我国的饲料工业进入了调整期——饲料的同质化时代,饲料厂家的竞争由价格战,质量战转入到以服务性营销为主要手段的综合性竞争时期。可以通过:产品上的创新,走差异化之路;打通产业链,为养殖户担风险;服务式营销,精耕细作寻找终端消费者等方法来取得市场竞争的胜利。
