用毛细管GC/FTIR研究了薄荷油、青椒薄荷油、椒洋薄荷油,分离出十几种成分,用NICOLET ALDRICH VAPOR LIBRARY气相库对各组分进行了光谱检索,共鉴定出13种组分,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了八个产地的薄荷油中各组分的百分含量,以此比较其质量。
The peppermint oil, green peppermint oil and peppermint oil were studied by capillary GC/FTIR. More than a dozen of the components were separated. The spectral search was performed on the components using the NICOLET ALDRICH VAPOR LIBRARY gas phase library. A total of 13 components were identified. The percentage of each component in the peppermint oil from eight producing areas was determined by gas chromatography area normalization method, and the quality was compared.
