我厂铸铁车间现有两座3吨冲天炉,担负着生产机车车辆铸铁配件和各种设备、工艺装备铸铁件的任务。开炉时,需熔炼各种牌号的灰铸铁、球墨铸铁和部分特殊铸铁,隔日开炉,熔炼量达20余吨。全部铁料堆放在炉后的露天料场。加料时,先用吸盘把铁料吸放到方铁盘内,用小车推至炉前,再用铁锹锹料到磅秤上秤量,秤量和加料过程全由人工操作,劳动强度大,跟不上生产发展的需要,是冲天炉熔炼中的一个薄弱环节。由于露天料场上没有固定的料厍,又只有一台3吨慢速龙门吊车,要实现冲天炉秤量、加料机械化有较大的困
