长期以来,一些大学中存在重视学术研究,轻视党的理论学习的现象,由此出现了学习内容和载体较为单一、学生党员对党的理论学习缺乏动力、学习效果不明显等问题。如何激发大学生尤其是研究生学习党的理论知识的积极性,更好地服务于实践?近年来,首都师范大学党委着力构筑了研究生学理论、讲理论、用理论的“1144”模式。“1144”模式,即“一会”“一团”“四刊”“四工程”。为保障这四部分工作能够长效、健康运行,校党委专门成立了研究生联合会党支部,并将70余名党员分成8个党小组。“1 144”模式中不同部门的工作都通过党小组开展活动,在此过程中各部门不断吸纳入党积极分子参与其中,保持工作的活力与生机。
For a long time, there are some universities that attach importance to academic research and neglect the theoretical study of the Party, resulting in problems such as a simpler learning content and carrier, a lack of motivation for student party members to study the theory of the Party, and insignificant learning effects. How to inspire college students, especially graduate students, to learn the enthusiasm of the party’s theoretical knowledge and serve them better? In recent years, the party committee of Capital Normal University has put great efforts into building a “1144” model of graduate student theory, theory and theory. “1144 ” mode, that is “a meeting ” “a group ” “four issues ” “four projects ”. In order to ensure that these four parts of work can be carried out in a long-term and healthy manner, the school party committee set up the postgraduate union branch and divided more than 70 party members into 8 party groups. The work of different departments in the “1 144 ” model has been carried out through the activities of party groups. In this process, various departments continuously absorb activists participating in the party and participate in them, and maintain the vigor and vitality of their work.
