在以显微切削为主要机制的二体磨制磨损系统中,研究了不同铸型条件下碳化物尺寸的变化对高铬铸铁耐磨性的影响。结果表明,高铬铸铁中碳化物相的抗磨作用具有“尺寸效应”,即在碳化物数量一定时,过小的碳化物尺寸将影响碳化物相抗磨作用的发挥,大幅度地降低高铬铸铁的耐磨性。
In the two-body wear system with micro-cutting as the main mechanism, the influence of carbide size on the wear resistance of high-chromium cast iron under different mold conditions was studied. The results show that the anti-wear effect of carbide phase in high-chromium cast iron has the “size effect”, that is, the carbide size is too small to affect the anti-wear effect of carbide phase and reduce the high Wear resistance of chrome cast iron.
