产学合作教育是目前职业教育人才培养转型期中普遍而又具特色的现象,是各高职校所积极探索实践的人才培养形式。这种人才培养模式培养的学生有哪些优势,参加与没有参加合作项目学习的学生在求职和就业的过程中有哪些区别,是本文所关注的主要问题。本文以某高职院校IT专业的毕业生为研究对象,对具有相同基础的,参加和没有参加合作项目的毕业生就业情况进行了跟踪回访。在对两个群体就业后的基本情况、工作表现、自我评价以及对在校期间学习的评价四个方面进行比较的基础上,探讨校企合作人才培养模式对高职院校学生就业的影响、教学中存在的问题和今后的改进方向。
The cooperative education of production and learning is a common and characteristic phenomenon in the transitional period of vocational education personnel training, and is a form of talent training actively explored and practiced in all higher vocational schools. What are the advantages of students trained in this mode of talent training, what is the difference between the students who participate in the study and the students who did not participate in the cooperative programs in the process of job hunting and employment, which is the main problem of this article. In this paper, a professional IT graduate students as the research object, have the same basis, to participate in and did not participate in the cooperation project of graduates employment tracking conducted a follow-up. Based on the comparison of the basic situation, work performance, self-evaluation and evaluation of learning during the two groups after employment, this paper explores the impact of the mode of school-enterprise cooperation on the employment of students in higher vocational colleges, Problems in teaching and the direction of improvement in the future.
