人际交往能力差是目前我国中学生遇到的一个成长难题,尤其是少数民族中学生。本文以武汉西藏中学暑期留校班的学生为例,依据波恩的交流分析理论和舒尔茨的人际需要理论解读了中学生人际交往的重要性,分析了影响少数民族中学生社交的因素,即自身性格、家庭环境、学校管理模式等,进而确定采用体验式小组工作的方法来提高学生的社交能力,并给出了一组完整的干预少数民族中学生人际交往的小组计划,以期增强学生的自信心和沟通能力。
Poor interpersonal skills is a growing problem encountered by high school students in our country, especially ethnic minority middle school students. Taking the summer school students in Wuhan Tibet Middle School as an example, this paper interprets the importance of interpersonal communication among middle school students according to Bonn ’s theory of exchange analysis and Schultz’ s theory of interpersonal needs. It analyzes the factors that affect the socialization of middle school students, that is, , Family environment and school management mode, and then to determine the method of using experiential group work to improve students ’social skills, and gives a complete group plan to intervene the interpersonal communication among ethnic minority middle school students in order to enhance students’ self-confidence and Communication skills.
