目的 探讨宫内γ线照射对仔鼠脑发育的影响。方法 采用整体动物实验 ,于SD大鼠孕 17天给予 1 0Gyγ线照射 ,观察生后 1,4 ,7,14及 2 1日龄仔鼠脑重、脑DNA和蛋白质含量的动态变化。结果 照射组仔鼠生后 1,4 ,7,14及 2 1日龄脑重、脑 /体比值及脑组织蛋白质含量 ,与对照组比较均显著降低 ;对照组仔鼠出生后脑组织DNA含量逐天下降 ,至生后第 4天后又逐渐增高 ,照射组仔鼠第 1及 2 1日龄脑组织DNA含量显著低于对照组。结论 孕 17天大鼠受 1 0Gyγ线照射可影响仔鼠脑发育 ,表现为脑重、脑DNA和蛋白质含量的降低
Objective To investigate the effects of intrauterine gamma irradiation on the brain development of offspring. Methods The whole animal experiment was conducted. SD rats were irradiated with 10Gy gamma rays on day 17 of gestation, and the dynamic changes of brain DNA and protein contents were observed at 1, 4, 7, 14 and 21 days after birth. Results At 1, 4, 7, 14 and 21 days after birth, the brain weight, brain / body ratio and protein content of brain tissue in irradiated group were significantly decreased compared with those in control group. The DNA content in postnatal control group Day, decreased to the fourth day after birth and then gradually increased, the irradiation group of pups 1 and 21 days of brain tissue DNA content was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Pregnant 17 days rats exposed to 10Gyγ ray can affect the brain development of the offspring, showing brain weight, brain DNA and protein content decreased
