德育实效性不高,一直是困扰教育工作者的一个老大难问题。我校从80年代开始,就一直致力于提高德育实效性的研究。现初步探索出小学“自主——选择”德育模式,并在实践中进行了检验,获得了好评。我认为运用这个德育模式应从下面两个方面切实提高德育的实效性。一、贯穿主体发展的思想,把学生看作道德生活的主体小学德育要变重结论灌输说教为重视启发学生主动分析、判断和选择,让学生能动参与品德形成全过程;变授之以鱼为授之以渔,培养敢于质疑,敢于创新的道德
The actual effect of moral education is not high, which has always been a long-standing problem for educators.
