随着城镇化建设的快速发展和新型小区的增加,业主与物管的纠纷不断增多并呈现复杂化的态势,业主维权成为社会关注的焦点。从权利贫困的视角探究业主维权面临的问题:包括经济权利贫困、政治权利贫困、社会权利贫困,建议通过赋权增能,提升业主的维权能力,更好地维护业主权益。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the increase of new communities, the disputes between property owners and property management companies are constantly increasing and complicated. Owners’ rights protection has become the focus of the society. From the perspective of rights and poverty, the author discusses the problems that the owners face in safeguarding their rights: including economic rights and poverty, political rights and poverty, and social rights and poverty. It is suggested that empowerment should be promoted through empowerment to enhance owners’ rights protection so as to better protect the rights and interests of owners.
