本文通过对学生及英语教师对中国文化知识的掌握和翻译中国文化词汇的能力的调查和访谈,发现在英语教学中存在“中国文化失语”现象,教学实践中缺乏或忽视母语文化的导入,从而导致跨文化交际障碍。因此本文提出了几点对策,指出在英语教学中应增加中国文化知识的内容。
By investigating and interrogating the students ’and English teachers’ mastery of Chinese cultural knowledge and the ability to translate Chinese cultural vocabulary, we find that there exists a phenomenon of “Chinese aphasia” in English teaching, and the lack or neglect of the introduction of native culture in teaching practice , Resulting in cross-cultural communication barriers. Therefore, this article puts forward some countermeasures, pointing out that English teaching should increase the content of Chinese cultural knowledge.
