水冷筒由内外两层筒体组成,内外筒体尺寸及圆度均有严格要求.筒体壁沿纵向还有10mm的伸缩间隙,故制造该设备有一定难度.我们在试制过程中也出现了较多问题,通过对试制过程中出现的问题进行分析和总结,使大批生产的产品达到了设计要求.本文对制造过程中出现的问题和采取的措施进行了总结.
