工作投入对人力资源管理有着重要意义,已逐渐成为组织行为学的热门研究变量。由于研究者对工作投入概念的界定差异,从而开发出不同的测量问卷,因此,在前人研究成果的基础之上,梳理了工作投入概念、测量的文献,阐述了工作投入目前较为广泛认可的理论模型,并由此提出对未来工作投入研究的几点思考。
Job involvement is of great importance to human resource management and has gradually become a popular research variable in organizational behavior. Due to the different definition of the concept of work input, researchers have developed different measurement questionnaires. Therefore, based on the previous research results, we have sorted out the literature about the concept and measurement of work input and elaborated the more widely accepted work input Theoretical model, and put forward some suggestions on the future work input.
