After the reorganization, the contradiction between the excess amount of the team, the irrational structure, and the excessive number of redundant personnel in the North China Petroleum Administration Bureau has become more prominent. To ease this contradiction, we must first adjust the structure and reduce the scale; second, we must give full play to our advantages and expand development. The adjustment of the total scale is constrained by various complicated factors, and it is necessary to create conditions for gradual implementation. The role of existing technology equipment will be better utilized, and more efforts will be devoted to expanding the workload.
