城市化水平的不断推进导致城市建筑的建设速度加快,城市建设过程中,城市房屋建筑呈现非正常的新旧交替即大量未到设计使用年限的房屋建筑被提前拆除,造成城市房屋建筑短命现象。城市房屋建筑使用寿命的缩短不仅造成社会经济、能源和资源的浪费与消耗,还产生大量的环境污染问题,不利于社会的可持续发展。本文就如何提高城市房屋建筑寿命从法律层面进行思考,探索延长城市房屋建筑寿命的有效之法。
The continuous advance of the level of urbanization led to the speeding up of the construction of urban buildings. During the process of urban construction, the abnormal replacement of urban residential buildings, that is, a large number of houses and buildings that had not reached the designed useful life, was demolished in advance, resulting in the short-lived phenomenon of urban residential buildings. Shortening the service life of urban housing not only causes waste and consumption of social economy, energy and resources, but also produces a large number of environmental pollution problems, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of society. This article on how to improve the life of urban housing construction from the legal level thinking, to explore the effective way to extend the life of urban housing construction.
