讨论应用微波探测人体皮下肿瘤时的一种优化喇叭探头。采用 FDTD法分析了喇叭探头的微波反射特性 ,获得了多组探头的探测深度与喇叭结构参数之间的关系曲线 ,并进一步确定了一种优化的喇叭探头结构。用此种探头检测人体皮下肿瘤的探测效果比开口矩形波导探头要好得多 ;对于同样的实体瘤 ,探测深度接近开口矩形波导探头的 1 .5倍。这对人体表层组织的微波成像及医用探头的设计具有重要的意义。 Discuss the optimization of horn probe when using microwave to detect human subcutaneous tumor. The FDTD method was used to analyze the microwave reflection characteristics of the horn probe. The relationship between the probe depth and the horn structure parameters was obtained and an optimized horn probe structure was further determined. Detection of human subcutaneous tumors using this probe is much better than open rectangular waveguide probes; for the same solid tumors, the detection depth is close to 1.5 times the open rectangular waveguide probe. This is of great significance to the microwave imaging of the human body surface tissue and the design of the medical probe.
