为了解居民对医疗卫生服务的评价,课题组于2007年对上海市某区8个社区居民进行了入户调查。结果表明,该区居民就医流向较为合理;在候诊时间、病人尊重、解释的清晰程度、投诉的方便性以及医疗费用的合理性等方面,该区居民对社区卫生服务中心的评价高于二、三级医院;医疗费用高,等待时间长是该区居民对医疗机构不满意的前2位原因。作者建议该区继续引导病人合理流动,改善医疗服务,促进社区卫生服务满足更多居民健康保健需要与需求。
In order to understand the residents’ evaluation of medical and health services, the research team conducted a survey on households in 8 communities in a district in Shanghai in 2007. The results showed that the flow of residents in this district was more reasonable. The residents in this district rated the community health service center as more than two in waiting time, patients’ respect, the clarity of explanation, the convenience of complaints and the rationality of medical expenses. Three hospitals; high medical costs, long waiting time is the residents of the area are not satisfied with the medical institutions before the first two reasons. The authors suggest that the district should continue to guide the rational flow of patients, improve medical services and promote community health services to meet the needs and needs of more residents.
