在迈向21世纪、迎接国际化来临之际,如何培育驻外经理,已成为当前重要的课题。一、外语能力训练:经理人要进军国际市场,首先要具备良好的外语能力。以荷兰为例,那么小的国家,竟能在欧洲经济贸易中扮演枢纽的角色,国民具备多国语言能力,是其成功的原因,语言不通,即使有再丰富的专业知识也没有用。因此,培养经理的外语能力,实属当务之急。二、克服文化冲击:无论是哪一个国家,都有其特色的管理模式和企业文化,自小生长在中国的经理人,自然得花上时间和心思来适应国外公司的整体环境,了解当地的风俗习性,并且不要放弃向外国人学习管理理念、风格的机会,取人之长,补己之短。
In the 21st century, to meet the occasion of internationalization, how to cultivate managers abroad, has become an important issue at present. First, foreign language skills training: Managers want to enter the international market, we must first have a good foreign language skills. It does not have a proper language and it does not help to have rich professional knowledge. Therefore, it is imperative to cultivate managers’ foreign language ability. Second, to overcome cultural shock: No matter which country has its own characteristics of the management and corporate culture, grew up in China’s managers naturally have to spend time and thought to adapt to the overall environment of foreign companies to understand the local Customs and habits, and do not give foreigners to learn management philosophy, style of opportunity, take the long, make up for the short.
