入侵报警、视频监控、出入口控制三者构成了安防系统的基本要素。其中,视频监控以其特有的直观、具体、真实而成为技术防范的主导和核心,它通观全局、一目了然、判断事件具有极高准确性,是动态监控、过程控制、报警复核、信息记录有效手段。近年来,计算机技术、视频处理技术、视频传输技术、视频存储技术、网络技术、软件技术等迅猛发展,视频监控技术也有了长足进展。目前,随着系统功能日趋完善、性能日益提高,视频监控已成为安全防范主要手段并广泛应用于许多重要场合,如社会治安防控、突发事件处理、重大安全保卫、道路交通管理等,能为监控现场提供可靠的安全保证,对威慑犯罪分子,保护公民人身及财产安全,协助公安部门调查取证及侦破案件等起到了极其重要的作用。

It takes a clear view of the whole situation at a glance and judges the event with high accuracy. It is an effective means of dynamic monitoring, process control, alarm review and information recording . In recent years, computer technology, video processing technology, video transmission technology, video storage technology, network technology, software technology and other rapid development, video surveillance technology has made great strides. At present, with the improvement of system functions and the increasing performance, video surveillance has become the main means of security prevention and has been widely used in many important occasions, such as social security prevention and control, emergency handling, major security and protection, road traffic management, etc. To provide reliable security assurance for the monitoring site plays an extremely important role in deterring criminals, protecting the personal and property safety of citizens, assisting the public security departments in investigating and collecting evidence and in detecting cases.
