近段时间以来我国多个地区连续遭受严重空气污染的侵袭,大气污染问题备受国内外广泛关注。机动车排放是大气污染的主要来源,机动车污染防治是解决大气污染、遏制重污染天气的重点。文章针对了近年来机动车污染防治领域的现状和存在的问题,从政府、企业和公众环境诚信角度思考和分析问题的根源,提出落实企业机动车排放主体责任、加强政府监督管理、倡导民众广泛参与是解决机动车污染的根本途径。文章还总结了近期机动车排放控制领域的动向和进展。相信通过全社会的共同努力,机动车排放可以得到有效控制。
Recently, many areas of our country have been hit by serious air pollution. The air pollution problem has drawn much attention both at home and abroad. Motor vehicle emissions are the main source of air pollution. Motor vehicle pollution prevention and control is the key point to solve air pollution and curb heavy polluting weather. This article addresses the current situation and existing problems in the field of vehicle pollution prevention and control in recent years, from the perspective of government, business and public environmental integrity thinking and analysis of the root causes of the problem, put forward the implementation of the main responsibility of corporate motor vehicle emissions, strengthen government supervision and management, Participation is the fundamental way to solve the pollution of motor vehicles. The article also summarizes the recent developments in the field of vehicle emission control. I believe that through the joint efforts of the whole society, motor vehicle emissions can be effectively controlled.
