随着高等教育的进一步改革,我国的高职教育也得到了国家和社会前所未有的重视,特别是高职院校的硬件方面的建设已经达到了一定的高度,但就软件方面的建设而言,与国外发达国家的职业教育相比,我们还有很多发展及改善的空间,值得我们思考和研究。通过对加拿大高等教育体系中的多元化国际化教育、研究型大学与应用型学院的管理差异、学院培养层次的多样性、宽松的学习环境及PAC的运作等方面的分析,来探求中加高等教育体系的差异,希望有助于大家对高等职业教育的理念有更清晰的认识,在寻求高职教育发展的道路上有一定的启示和创新。

Through the analysis of diversified international education in Canada’s higher education system, management differences between research universities and applied colleges, the diversity of college training levels, a relaxed learning environment and the operation of PAC, Differences in the education system, hoping to help everyone have a clearer understanding of the concept of higher vocational education, there are some enlightenment and innovation in the path of seeking higher vocational education.
