目的了解中国汉族人群 α1 -抗糜蛋白酶表型的分布情况。方法建立测定 α1 -抗糜蛋白酶表型的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦免疫固定技术并应用这种方法对居住在重庆市汉族群体的 2 0 0例个体的 α1 -抗糜蛋白酶表型进行分析。结果发现中国汉族人群 α1 -抗糜蛋白酶具有 3种表型。结论据此推测 α1 -抗糜蛋白酶有希望成为人类遗传学新的遗传标记 ,同时为进一步开展α1 -抗糜蛋白酶遗传多态性与疾病的相互关系研究拓宽了视野。
Objective To understand the distribution of α1-chymotrypsin phenotype in Chinese Han population. Methods A polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing immunostaining assay was established to determine the phenotype of α1 - chymotrypsin. The method was used to analyze the α1 - chymotrypsin phenotype of 200 individuals living in the Han nationality in Chongqing . The results showed that Chinese Han population α1 - anti-chymotrypsin has three phenotypes. Conclusions It is speculated that α1 - chymotrypsin is promising to become a new genetic marker of human genetics, and broaden the horizons for the further study on the relationship between α1 - chymotrypsin genetic polymorphisms and diseases.
