报告了用自行研制的Macro精子计数板与Makler精子计数板和血细胞计数板分析3份不同精液的精子密度、活率和运动速度,结果Macro板与Makler板之间无显著性差异。在一定的密度范围内,Macro板、Makler板与血细胞计数板计数精子密度结果无显著性差异;精子密度过低(<30×106/ml)或过高(>140×106/ml),精子密度计数结果Macro板和Makler板均与血细胞计数板有极显著差异。就重复性而言,Macro板和Makler板均优于血细胞计数板。结果表明:Macro板完全可以替代Makler板用于精液分析。
The use of self-developed Macro sperm count plates with Makler sperm count plates and hemacytometer plates to analyze the sperm density, viability, and speed of motion in 3 different semen shows no significant difference between Macro plates and Makler plates.
