现有火灾及气体检测保护系统使用了Triconex公司的Tricon控制器和Wonderware公司的Intouch人机界面软件。通过近3年的使用,该人机界面系统暴露了在故障报警、时钟同步、病毒防范、远程维护等方面的缺陷,如不能发现DDE通讯故障,而使得检测数据不能更新;各个报警工作站上的时间不同步,致使报警记录与实际不符;不能有效、方便地更新杀毒软件的病毒库,系统存在了安全隐患;各报警工作站距离较远,维护不方便;Windows系统的一些功能没有完全屏蔽,不能很好地防范用户侵入Windows系统进行非法操作等。通过对以上问题的深入分析,利用计算机软件的相关知识,提出了改进方法,取得了良好的效果,也不需要额外的投资。这些方法同样适用于其他使用Tricon控制器和Intouch人机界面的监控系统,以及在Windows 2000或Windows XP环境下,使用McAfee杀毒软件的系统。
Existing fire and gas detection and protection systems use Triconex’s Tricon controller and Wonderware’s Intouch HMI software. Through in-depth analysis of the above issues, using the relevant knowledge of computer software, put forward the improved method, and achieved good results, and does not require additional investment. These same methods apply to other monitoring systems that use Tricon controllers and Intouch HMIs, as well as systems that use McAfee antivirus software under Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
