为了了解老年女性社会化养老服务现状,特针对铜陵市当前的中老年女性的养老现状进行了调查了解和深入的分析研究。通过调查我们发现,城市老年女性在城市养老保障中仍然处于一个比较弱势的地位,城市老年女性社会化养老服务体系仍需要国家、地区、企业、个人等各方面共同努力以进一步完善。通过在养老体制、养老政策、养老制度、资金支持以及引进更多的社会力量参与到城市老年女性的养老服务体系的构建等方面,给予城市老年女性养老以更多的保障和服务,同时提高老年女性自身以及子女的养老意识,让城市老年女性的生活得到真正的实在的保障。
In order to understand the status quo of socialized old-age services for the elderly women, we conducted a survey and in-depth analysis of the current status of the aged in the elderly in Tongling City. Through the investigation, we found that urban elderly women are still in a relatively disadvantaged position in urban old-age security. The social pension service system for urban elderly women still needs the joint efforts of countries, regions, enterprises and individuals to further improve this. Through the pension system, pension policy, pension system, financial support and the introduction of more social forces to participate in the construction of urban elderly women’s pension service system, to give older women in urban areas to provide more protection for older women and services, while improving the elderly The sense of self-care for women themselves and their children has provided a real guarantee for the lives of urban elderly women.
