〔目的〕了解泉州口岸各类出入境人员中疾病分布情况,为有效开展传染病监测和预防控制工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕对泉州口岸2001—2007年36379名出入境人员进行一般检查、X线检查和实验室血清学检查。血清学检查包括:乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、肝功(ALT)、梅毒(RPR、TPPA)、HIV抗体检测。〔结果〕泉州口岸出入境人员中以船员最多,占体检总人数的60.29%。共检出各类传染病6239例,检出率为17.15%。其中HBsAg阳性6089例,梅毒101例,肺结核40例,HIV抗体阳性9例。〔结论〕HBsAg阳性、梅毒、肺结核是影响泉州口岸出入境人员身体健康的主要传染病,HIV感染者也有逐年上升的趋势。交通员工,境外人员,劳务人员,公务,商务人员是本口岸传染病重点监测人群。应加强口岸传染病的监测工作,普及预防传染病的知识,提高出入境人员的自我防护意识,有效控制传染病传入传出。
[Objective] To understand the distribution of diseases among all kinds of entry-exit personnel in Quanzhou port and provide a scientific basis for effectively carrying out the monitoring and prevention and control of infectious diseases. [Methods] 36379 immigrants from Quanzhou Port from 2001 to 2007 were examined by general inspection, X-ray examination and laboratory serological examination. Serological tests include: hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), liver function (ALT), syphilis (RPR, TPPA), HIV antibody test. [Results] Quanzhou port exit and entry of the crew to the largest, accounting for 60.29% of the total number of physical examination. A total of 6239 cases of all kinds of infectious diseases were detected, the detection rate was 17.15%. Including HBsAg positive 6089 cases, 101 cases of syphilis, tuberculosis in 40 cases, HIV antibody-positive in 9 cases. [Conclusion] HBsAg positive, syphilis and tuberculosis are the main infectious diseases affecting the health of entry-exit personnel in Quanzhou port. The HIV infection rate also increases year by year. Traffic staff, overseas personnel, labor service personnel, civil servants and businesspeople are the key monitoring population of communicable diseases in this port. Monitoring of port infectious diseases should be stepped up to popularize the knowledge of prevention of infectious diseases and raise the awareness of self-protection of entry-exit personnel so as to effectively control the spread of infectious diseases.
