If I say “9.11” is the wealth of the United States, I am afraid some people are unhappy. At the end of last century, a man named Brzezinski wrote a book called “Grand Chessboard.” This hotly-popularized book states: To maintain its hegemony in the world, the United States needs to make preparations in advance to establish what is in the interests of the United States International order. The author states that from Lisbon to Vladivostok this Eurasian continent is a geopolitical grand chessboard, a central stage that determines both the future stability and prosperity of the world and the United States’ dominance in the world. This is what the United States executives want to coincide.
