目的分析新疆南疆5市37区县2013年-2015年新生儿疾病筛查血片质量整体情况,探讨南疆地区近三年新生儿疾病筛查不合格血片的原因。方法根据《新生儿疾病筛查血片采集技术规范》对新疆南疆地区新生儿疾病筛查的血片质量进行分析,统计不合格血片并分析原因。结果新疆南疆地区近三年共筛查新生儿418 469例,平均筛查率为46.47%;首次采集血片不合格数19 709例,平均不合格率为4.56%;首次补采血片4856例,平均首次补采率为24.64%;集中统计为六类不合格因素,最主要原因是血片污染。结论采集血片是新生儿疾病筛查重要部分,血片质量是否合格将直接影响新生儿疾病筛查检测结果的准确性。提高血片质量对新生儿疾病筛查有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the overall quality of screening of neonatal diseases in 37 districts and counties of 5 cities in 5 counties in southern Xinjiang from 2013 to 2015 and explore the causes of screening of unqualified blood films of neonatal diseases in the past three years in southern Xinjiang. Methods According to “Newborn disease screening blood film collection technical specifications” in southern Xinjiang Xinjiang neonatal screening disease mass film quality analysis of unqualified blood film and analyze the causes. Results In the recent three years, 418 469 newborns were screened in southern Xinjiang. The average screening rate was 46.47%. The number of unqualified blood samples was 19 709 in the first three years, with an average rate of 4.56%. 4856 patients , The average first recovery rate was 24.64%; centralized statistics for six types of unqualified factors, the most important reason is the blood chip contamination. Conclusion Collecting blood film is an important part of neonatal disease screening. Whether the quality of blood film is qualified or not will directly affect the accuracy of screening results of neonatal disease screening. Improve the quality of blood film screening for neonatal disease is of great significance.
