目的采用中药解毒化瘀颗粒结合传统西药治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效研究。方法随机选取我院2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的脑梗塞患者70例,分为两组,对照组单纯采用传统西药治疗,实验组则联合中药解毒化瘀颗粒治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后NFD评分下降程度及临床总有效率等,均优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药解毒化瘀颗粒结合传统西药治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效较为确切,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine Jiedu Huayu granules combined with traditional western medicine on cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional western medicine alone. The experimental group was treated with Jiedu Huayu granules. treatment effect. Results The decline of NFD score and the total clinical effective rate of experimental group after treatment were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huayu granules combined with traditional western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction is more exact and worthy of promotion.
