半胱氨酸白三烯是一类重要的炎症介质 ,其受体主要有CysLT1和CysLT2两种亚型。人和鼠的半胱氨酸白三烯受体 (CysLTR)的基因序列的种间同源性较高。CysLTR存在 7个跨膜疏水区 ,由六个亲水环连接 ,为典型的GPCR结构 ,其信号转导部分遵循G蛋白信号通路的机制。CysLT1和CysLT2的组织分布不尽相同 ,但在肺间质巨噬细胞、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞和脾脏 ,其密度均较高。CysLTR在哮喘、心血管调节和神经内分泌调节等方面均具有重要的生物学功能
Cysteine leukotriene is a class of important inflammatory mediators, its receptor mainly CysLT1 and CysLT2 two subtypes. The human and mouse cysteine leukotriene receptor (CysLTR) gene sequence of the high interspecies homology. There are seven transmembrane hydrophobic regions in CysLTR, which are connected by six hydrophilic rings. They are typical GPCR structures, and their signal transduction mechanism follows the mechanism of G protein signaling pathway. Tissue distribution of CysLT1 and CysLT2 are different, but their density is higher in interstitial macrophages, peripheral blood eosinophils and spleens.
