目的通过女性生殖道感染患者宫颈分泌物中NUC-DNA定量结果分析,了解其患者集中的拷贝数和平均值并为临床药物治疗提供依据。方法采用FQ-PCR技术检测1373份女性生殖道感染患者宫颈分泌物中NUC-DNA。结果CT-DNA阳性率为6.38%(62/972);UU-DNA阳性率为49.53%(680/1373);NG-DNA阳性率为4.15%(9/217)。CT、UU、NG的平均拷贝数分别为9.83×106IU、6.96×105IU、6.83×106IU。结论西安地区女性生殖道感染患者宫颈分泌物中UU阳性率较高,呈逐年增高的趋势,CT、NG阳性率较低,呈逐渐下降趋势;采用实时FQ-PCR技术检测女性生殖道感染患者宫颈分泌物中NUC-DNA,了解其定量结果对临床治疗和优生优育有指导作用。
Objective To analyze the quantitative results of NUC-DNA in cervical secretions of female genital tract infection and to find out the copy number and the average value of their concentration in patients and provide the basis for clinical drug therapy. Methods FQ-PCR was used to detect NUC-DNA in cervical secretion from 1373 female genital tract infections. Results The positive rate of CT-DNA was 6.38% (62/972). The positive rate of UU-DNA was 49.53% (680/1373). The positive rate of NG-DNA was 4.15% (9/217). The average copy numbers of CT, UU and NG were 9.83 × 106 IU, 6.96 × 105 IU and 6.83 × 106 IU, respectively. Conclusions The positive rate of UU in cervical secretions of female reproductive tract infections in Xi’an is high, showing an increasing trend year by year. The positive rates of CT and NG are gradually decreasing. The real-time FQ-PCR is used to detect the cervical Secretions in the NUC-DNA, to understand the quantitative results of clinical treatment and prenatal and postnatal care guidance.
