从教三十余年,我深深感到教学工作的不易.一是由于时代的变迁,现代社会的客观需求;一是随着年岁的增长而对“学然后知不足,教然后知不足”的深切感悟;一是因教材常新,教法常新,理念常新所导致;一是三年一换的一批批学生的学习状态、学习深度、学习需求所决定.每天,当我走进教室,面对学生一张张对知识充满渴望和对科学充满探究神情的脸,我总是深受感动,总在想怎样把当天的教学内容以适当的方式传授给学生.而当教学中教师与学生之间看法、观点、方法
