目的:探讨3-0薇荞在食管癌术中预防吻合口瘘的应用价值。方法:在使用一次吻合器基础上,分别比较直接吻合与加用薇荞间断缝合加固的手术效果。结果:直接吻合组有4例吻合口瘘的发生,另有2例出现术后吻合口狭窄;薇荞组无一吻合口瘘及狭窄的发生。结论:在使用吻合器基础上,加用3-0薇荞间断缝合加固吻合口能有效的降低吻合口瘘发生率。
Objective: To investigate the value of 3-0 buckwheat in preventing esophageal fistula during esophageal cancer operation. Methods: On the basis of primary stapler, the operative effect of intermittent suture reinforcement with buckwheat was compared with that of direct stapling. Results: There were 4 cases of anastomotic fistula in direct anastomosis group, and 2 cases of anastomotic stenosis after operation. There was no anastomotic leakage and stenosis in the buckwheat group. Conclusion: The use of stapling, plus 3-0 buckwheat suture interrupted anastomosis can effectively reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage.
