一、引言目前可用的红外探测器种类很多,但本文只限于谈两种类型:掺杂半导体测辐射热计和光导探测器。由于新技术的发展使器件的响应率达到很高且等效噪声功率很低,因而这类器件很受重视。但耍充分发挥这类器件的潜力实在并不容易,这对光导探测器来说尤其如此,因其阻抗的电阻部分高达10~(14)
I. INTRODUCTION Currently there are many types of infrared detectors available, but this article is confined to two types: doped semiconductor bolometers and photoconductive detectors. Due to the development of new technologies to make the device response rate is high and the equivalent noise power is very low, so this type of device is highly valued. However, it is not easy to fully realize the potential of these devices, which is especially true for photoconductive detectors because of the resistive part of the impedance of up to 10 ~ (14)
