目的了解镉污染区环境生物样品污染状况和人群镉负荷水平。方法采集当地自产食品进行镉含量测定,检测人群尿镉含量。结果分别在污染区和对照区采集食品809份和88份,采集人群尿样955份和403份。结果显示,污染区食品镉含量高于对照区(包括玉米、叶菜类和根茎类蔬菜),污染区人群尿镉均值和尿镉阳性的比例均高于对照区。结论镉污染区有农产品污染,但人群镉负荷水平处于相对低危害风险的状态。
Objective To understand the pollution status of environmental biological samples in cadmium-contaminated area and the level of cadmium load in the population. Methods Collecting locally produced foods for determination of cadmium content and urine cadmium content in the population. Results 809 and 88 samples of food were collected in the contaminated area and the control area respectively, and 955 and 403 samples of urine samples were collected. The results showed that the content of cadmium in food in contaminated area was higher than that in the control area (including corn, leafy vegetables and rhizome vegetables), and the urinary cadmium average and urinary cadmium positive in the polluted area were higher than those in the control area. Conclusion There is pollution of agricultural products in the cadmium pollution area, but cadmium load in the population is at a relatively low risk of harm.
