目的:采用 HPLC-UV 测定消炎止痒酊中氯霉素和地塞米松的含量。方法:采用 C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75:25v/v)。检测波长氯霉素为278nm、地塞米松240nm。结果:氯霉素在100~500μg.ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程 A=27614+4627C,r=0.9997,回收率98.9%,RSD=0.43%,地塞米松在30-150μg.ml~(-1)浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈线性关系,回归方程 A=4092+20148C,r=0.9998,回收率99.1%,RSD=0.38%。结论:该方法可用于测定消炎止痒酊中氯霉素和地塞米松的含量,以控制产品质量。
Objective: To determine the contents of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone in anti-inflammatory and itch tincture by HPLC-UV. Methods: C_ (18) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (75:25 v / v). Detection wavelength chloramphenicol 278nm, dexamethasone 240nm. Results: The linearity of chloramphenicol in the concentration range of 100 ~ 500μg.ml ~ (-1) was good. The regression equation was A = 27614 + 4627C, r = 0.9997, the recovery was 98.9%, RSD was 0.43% The linear relationship between peak area and concentration was obtained in the concentration range of -150μg · ml ~ (-1). The regression equation was A = 4092 + 20148C, r = 0.9998, the recovery was 99.1% and the RSD was 0.38%. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone in anti-inflammatory and antipruritic tincture to control the quality of products.
