近年来,我国企业,特别是小微企业发展迅速,且为推动国民经济的发展做出了较大贡献。作为企业经营管理工作的重要组成部分,客户关系管理工作不仅关系着小微企业各项经济事物的成败,而且对于企业的整体发展也具有重要影响。基于此,本文则以小微企业作为主要研究对象,引入CRM系统,通过对小微企业与CRM系统的概念进行阐述和分析,在结合小微企业引入CRM系统必要性的基础上,对给予CRM系统的小微企业客户关系管理方法展开了深入研究。
