脐带异常在临床上常见,是急性胎儿宫内窘迫与新生儿窒息的主要原因之一。我院1990年1月至12月,脐带异常发生率为17.10%(272/1591),引起的窒息占全年新生儿窒息的32.76%(19/58),居新生儿窒息原因的第二位。故产时对其早期识别与处理,是改善胎儿预后的关键。本文通过134例产时监护图型分析,探索脐带异常与胎心率波型的关系,以提高诊断水平。
Umbilical cord anomalies are clinically common and are one of the major causes of acute fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia. In our hospital from January 1990 to December, the incidence of abnormal umbilical cord was 17.10% (272/1591), causing asphyxia accounted for 32.76% (19/58) of neonatal asphyxia in the whole year, ranking second in the cause of neonatal asphyxia . Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment during delivery is the key to improve fetal prognosis. In this paper, 134 cases of labor-hour monitoring pattern analysis to explore the relationship between umbilical cord abnormalities and fetal heart rate waveform in order to improve the diagnostic level.
