简单介绍了焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺原理,总结了唐山中润化工焦炉煤气富余而导致资源浪费的问题,提出通过扩能改造甲醇装置焦炉气压缩机组来利用富余焦炉煤气。结果表明,改造后机焦炉煤气压缩机组运行平稳,焦炉煤气量每小时增加4000NM3,每年提高甲醇产量1.4万吨。
The principle of methanol production from coke oven gas was briefly introduced. The problem of waste of resources caused by the surplus of coke oven gas from Tangshan Zhongrun Chemical Co Ltd was summarized. It was proposed that the surplus coke oven gas could be utilized by expanding the coke oven gas compressor unit of methanol plant. The results show that after the reform, the coke oven gas compressor unit is running smoothly, the coke oven gas volume increases 4000NM3 per hour, and the methanol output is increased by 14,000 tons per year.
