目的:针对德国暴发流行的肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC O104并结合我国的特点,建立一套科学的快速检测和鉴定果蔬中肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC O104的快速检测方法。方法:利用ELISA方法作为快速初筛方法,结合传统生化鉴定及PCR检测作为鉴定方法。结果:经特异性和灵敏度检测,方法特异性达到100%,灵敏度达到1.0×101CFU/ml。对市售的50个果蔬样品进行检测,均未检出。结论:利用该方法建立的快速检测果蔬中肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC:O104标准方法,可以广泛应用在果蔬中的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a scientific and rapid method for the rapid detection and identification of E. coli EHEC O104 in fruits and vegetables against the outbreak of E. coli EHEC O104 in Germany. Methods: ELISA method as a rapid screening method, combined with conventional biochemical and PCR detection as a method of identification. Results: The specificity and sensitivity of the method reached 100%, the sensitivity reached 1.0 × 101CFU / ml. On the market of 50 samples of fruits and vegetables were tested, were not detected. Conclusion: The rapid detection of Escherichia coli EHEC: O104 established by this method can be widely used in the rapid detection of fruits and vegetables.
