为了实现对径向线输入与输出部分的真空密封,优化高功率阵列天线的拓扑结构,本文研究了一种径向线陶瓷密封窗。基于模式匹配法理论分析了径向线陶瓷密封窗的传输与反射特性,之后以此为依据对其进行了仿真设计,改进了结构实现方式,降低了三相点和突变结构对密封窗表面电场的影响。设计结果表明:该径向线陶瓷密封窗反射系数小于0.1,设计功率容量约150 MW。
In order to realize the vacuum sealing of input and output of radial line and optimize the topology of high power array antenna, a radial line ceramic sealing window is studied in this paper. Based on the theory of pattern matching, the transmission and reflection characteristics of radial ceramic sealing windows were analyzed. Then the simulation design was carried out on the basis of the pattern matching method. The realization of the structure was improved and the influence of three-phase points and catastrophe structures on the electric field Impact. The design results show that the reflection coefficient of the radial ceramic sealing window is less than 0.1 and the designed power capacity is about 150 MW.
