该研究以提高缬草挥发油的稳定性并掩盖其不良气味为目的,制备和评价了缬草挥发油β-环糊精包合物。通过考察包合物得率和缬草挥发油包合率,确定包合物的制备方法后,采用均匀设计法优化包合物的制备工艺与处方。差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X-射线粉末衍射法(X-RD)验证缬草挥发油β-环糊精包合物的形成,并考察其稳定性。饱和水溶液-超声细胞粉碎法显示较好的包合物得率与包合率。在优化条件下,所制包合物得率(84.78±3.23)%,挥发油的包合率(86.23±2.48)%,DSC和X-RD结果表明包合物的形成、β-环糊精包合物明显提高了缬草挥发油的稳定性。
In this study, β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared and evaluated in order to improve the stability of valerian volatile oil and to mask its bad odor. Through the study of the inclusion compound yield and valence of the volatile oil inclusion, the determination of inclusion compound preparation method, uniform design method to optimize the preparation process and prescription of the inclusion compound. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray powder diffraction (X-RD) were used to verify the formation of the β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of valerian volatile oil and the stability was investigated. Saturated aqueous solution - ultrasonic cell crushing method showed better inclusion compound yield and inclusion rate. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of the inclusion compound was 84.78 ± 3.23% and the inclusion rate of the volatile oil was 86.23 ± 2.48%. The results of DSC and X-RD showed that the formation of the inclusion compound, The compound significantly increased the stability of valerian volatile oil.
