目的 :探讨cyclinD1蛋白与霍奇金淋巴瘤 (HL)R S/H细胞凋亡及增殖的关系。 方法 :利用免疫组化检测了 40例HL中R S/H细胞bcl 2、fas及cyclinD1的表达。结果 :bcl 2和fas蛋白阳性信号在R S/H细胞中主要呈浆 膜型。在HL 4种亚型 (LP、NS、MC和LD)中bcl 2阳性细胞密度逐渐增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而fas阳性细胞密度依次降低 (P <0 0 1) ,并呈明显负相关(r =- 0 5 6 90 )。在 40例HL中cyclinD1阳性表达率为 70 % (2 8/ 40 ) ,阳性信号主要位于核内 ;cyclinD1阳性病例中的bcl 2阳性细胞密度显著高于fas阳性细胞密度 (P <0 0 1) ,而在cyclinD1阴性病例中两者差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;在cyclinD1阳性和阴性病例中 ,bcl 2和fas阳性细胞密度均呈明显负相关 (分别r =- 0 6 131,r =- 0 7310 )。结论 :cyclinD1可能在HLR S/H细胞增殖中与bcl 2蛋白具有协同作用 ,并与fas蛋白一起调控R S/H细胞的增生与凋亡 ;bcl 2和fas的表达与HL不同组织学亚型及预后有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cyclinD1 protein and apoptosis and proliferation of R / H cells in Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl 2, fas and cyclinD1 in 40 SLE cells. Results: The positive signals of bcl 2 and fas proteins were mainly serosal in R S / H cells. The density of bcl 2 positive cells increased gradually in HL 4 subtypes (LP, NS, MC and LD) (P <0 05), while the density of fas positive cells decreased in turn (P 0 01) Correlation (r = - 0 5 6 90). The positive rate of cyclinD1 in 40 cases of HL was 70% (2/40), and the positive signal was mainly in the nucleus. The density of bcl 2 positive cells in cyclinD1 positive cases was significantly higher than that of fas positive cells (P0.01) , While there was no significant difference between cyclinD1 negative cases (P> 0.05). In both cyclinD1 positive and negative cases, there was a negative correlation between bcl2 and fas positive cells (r = - 0 6 131, r = - 0 7310). CONCLUSION: CyclinD1 may have synergistic effect with bcl-2 protein in the proliferation of HLR S / H cells and regulate the proliferation and apoptosis of RS / H cells together with fas protein. The expression of bcl-2 and fas is associated with different histological subtypes of HL and Prognosis.
