去年,美国次贷危机引起了全球资本市场的巨大波浪。至今,次贷危机还在深深影响着世界经济。这场由住房金融市场引发的危机席卷全球,中国由于资本市场市场还未完全开放,在此次危机中受的影响相对较小。但是,中国现在也正面临着流动性过剩,资产价格大幅上涨等问题,这些问题与美爆发次贷危机之前十分类似。这场危机为中国未来经济的发展敲响了警钟。本文将从次贷危机的起源分析中国应怎么样避免此类资产悲剧在中国上演。
Last year, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States caused a huge wave in global capital markets. So far, the subprime mortgage crisis is still deeply affecting the world economy. The crisis triggered by the housing finance market swept the globe. Due to the fact that the capital market market has not yet fully opened to the market, China is relatively less affected by the crisis. However, China is now facing the problems of excess liquidity and soaring property prices. These problems are very similar to those before the United States broke the subprime crisis. The crisis has sounded the alarm for China’s future economic development. This article analyzes the origins of the subprime crisis how China should avoid the tragedy of such assets staged in China.
