严峻的国内国际形势使我们必须对我国重点产业进行培育,重点产业的培育需要产业基金的支持。本文以上海航空产业基金为例,对产业基金的筹资原则、框架构建、运营模式进行了详细的论证和设计,并给出了简短但有效的建议。本文具有很强的可操作性,不但对上海航空产业投资基金的设立有实际的指导意义,对其他产业基金的筹建与运营也有很好的借鉴意义。
The grim domestic and international situations make it necessary for us to cultivate key industries in our country and the development of key industries requires the support of industrial funds. This paper takes Shanghai Aviation Industry Fund as an example, gives a detailed argumentation and design of the fund raising principle, framework construction and operation mode of industrial fund, and gives some brief but effective suggestions. This article has very strong maneuverability, not only practical guidance to the establishment of Shanghai Aviation Industry Investment Fund, but also a good reference for the preparation and operation of other industrial funds.
