目的:了解老年住院患者心理需求状况,为医院老年心理护理与管理的完善提供科学依据。方法:采用自制调查表对一所老年医院120例老年住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:62%的患者对所患疾病有紧张、焦虑甚至怨恨情绪,78.3%的患者不愿长期住院,50.5%的患者住院最大的烦恼是对病情不了解。住院的最大安慰是亲人的探访,占90.9%,认为住院接触最多的是护工占55.3%,希望居家养病的占52.3%,希望有护士和志愿者陪同聊天或一起看电视的占94.6%。结论:老年患者住院期间有不同程度的身心健康问题和多种心理需求,需要医护人员提高服务质量,尊重老人,并能根据患者不同的心理需求给予恰当的心理护理。
Objective: To understand the psychological needs of elderly inpatients and to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of elderly psychological care and management in hospitals. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to survey 120 elderly inpatients in an elderly hospital. Results: Twenty-two percent of the patients were nervous, anxious and even resentful. 78.3% of the patients did not want to stay in hospital for a long term, and 50.5% of the patients did not know the most troubles in their hospitalization. The greatest comfort in hospitalization was relatives’ visits, accounting for 90.9% of the total. The most common hospital visits were care workers, accounting for 55.3%, 52.3% wanting to recuperate at home, and 94.6% wanting to have nurses and volunteers chatting or watching television together. Conclusion: Elderly patients have different levels of physical and mental health problems and various psychological needs during hospitalization. Health care workers are required to improve service quality, respect the elderly, and be able to provide appropriate psychological care according to their different psychological needs.
