自我效能感是由Bandura提出的一个重要的社会认知概念。教师的自我效能感对于教师是否有效地发挥职业角色起着决定性作用。在英语学科教学与计算机网络环境融合过程中,英语教师是否能够充分适应新的教学环境并且积极发挥效用很大程度上取决于教师的自我效能感的强弱。在本文中,笔者论述了教师自我效能感的定义、来源以及其在教学中的作用。通过论述来探讨在新的网络教学环境中增强英语教师自我效能感的方法。
Self-efficacy is an important concept of social cognition proposed by Bandura. Teachers’ self-efficacy plays a decisive role for teachers in effectively playing their professional role. Whether English teachers can fully adapt to the new teaching environment and play an active role in the integration of English subject teaching and computer network environment depends to a great extent on the strength and weakness of teachers’ self-efficacy. In this article, the author discusses the definition of teacher self-efficacy, its source and its role in teaching. Through the discussion to explore the new network teaching environment to enhance the sense of self-efficacy of English teachers approach.
